Superman and Lois (2021) "pilot" Review

Image
Superman and Lois (2021)   Superman and Lois has officially released with its pilot episode. After it's trailer gave us a "Man of Steel" feeling with music that sounds awfully similar with Hans Zimmer's work, yet this music is done by Dan Romer, the artist behind the video game score of "Far Cry 5".  The trailer gives this Superman tv show a dark & dramatic tone to it like "Man of Steel".   Superman and Lois doesn't connect to Supergirl and has it's own universe. And as far as I know it seems to ignore the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths,  which ends with the heroes  creating a new earth after all earths in the multiverse are destroyed, this special crossover ends with Clark getting a call from Lois saying "Clark... I need you to get to metropolis now. its the boys" which told fans that clark has two boys and seemed to have fans speculate that a new superman show could happen.   To my knowledge the Kent farm from the TV

The Call of The Wild (2020) Review

Image
The Call of The Wild  Cast: Harrison Ford, Omar Sy, Dan Stevens, Bradley Whitford. Director: Chris Sanders. The call of the Wild is based on Jack London’s 1903 novel. The Call of The Wild tells a story of Buck a Dog who’s taken from his home and learns what’s it’s like living outside civilization and learns to be a Sled dog with an adventure that would help him eventually find out where he really belongs. Now I never read The Call of The Wild yet I have to say this movie was the absolute best and cutest movie I’ve seen. I love that it’s about finding destiny and where you belong to me at least, Harrison Fords casting was a brilliant choice to this movie as he is the narrator and character who helps Buck and builds a relationship with Buck I think he was good with telling the story in narration. Now though this movie was a good movie thing that should’ve been done better since new technology is out there I thought our protagonist showed way too much CGI,  One thing I found funny in th

Joker (2019) Review

JOKER(2019)   Joker is not a movie with the same origin story fans of the Batman comics know and love as the director (Todd Phillips) made as a Heath Ledger type origin and story. as Ledgers joker gave "wanna know how I got these scars". This story tells of the poor and sad life of Arthur Fleck/Joker who suffers depression and PBA a laughing condition which he can't help. Joker is not just a movie based on a famous and iconic comic supervillain but for me I was shown how hard it is living with a mental illness. The movie is a confusing film as some events by Arthurs storytelling you cant tell what's reality and what's not.    As for Joaquin playing Joker. I was surprised to his take on Joker his laugh was pin point accurate his costume was well done though I was not a fan of make-up I think they put a creative way in Jokers look, when I saw the teaser I thought this was gonna be disappointing as Joaquin was a bit old to play Joker and that would mean there is pr

TENET (2020) Review

A secret agent is sent on a mission that will prevent a possible World War III. After being given word of an extraordinary special uranium is found to be able to reverse time, "Protagonist" must travel backward in time to stop the people who have this new weapon and alter events that will end the world. Christopher Nolan directs another thrilling movie with amazing music, action and crazy/special affects. This movie was amazing to watch as it gave me the same viewing experience I got from "inception"(2010) with off the walls "stunning" visual affects and very cohesive music written by Ludwig Goransson, I loved the amount of action and stunts done, I especially loved they casted John David Washington we was very good at his role. Thing I loved about this movie was that it involved a lot of science and twists just like Inception. It was filled was stunning affects and I loved the music as it fit in with the action, this movie was hard to understand as it’s
