Batman Vs Superman (2016) Review SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

After mixed reviews for Man of Steel 2013, Snyder & Warner Bros would continue with more DC with Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, yet after releasing it would too get same mix of reaction and treatment fans gave to Man of Steel.

First off, I have to admit this film was just Horrible, Yet I will say it was awesome fans of DC Comics got to see a film bringing the ultimate clash between Batman and Superman was awesome yet I have to say and can not ignore this films flaws.

I can say Zack has an incredible view in his imagination of Comics and turning them into film.

What is good in this film?

Music was a definite perfection as "Beautiful Lie" was a beautiful track to use for our Batman and "is she still with you" for wonder woman's reoccurring theme was absolute action filled.

Costume design was on point with comic accuracy as Batman's costume was inspired by Frank Millers illustration, Superman's with Snyder's vision as well as comic accuracy, And Wonder Woman's costume was really well done.

Why is this so bad why such a bad treatment?

First off, Just like I said about Man of Steel giving us the old same story of Krypton exploding that has been done already. So same thing with Snyder telling the story to the Wayne's murder, I honestly don't see why tell us this story, It's been done over too many times on tv and film. Yet just like Man of Steel Snyder has given a deeper look into this with expansion. In the beginning we see Jonathan Wayne ( Jeffrey Morgan)  and Martha Wayne (Lauren Cohan) get murdered as we already know yet this is extended to more story of Bruce's grief, and we see him running from Alfred Pennyworth ( Jeremy Irons).

Batman's casting was a good choice, not great! not perfect! Ben Affleck play's a great job in Bruce Wayne as he has the perfect playboy billionaire attitude he had his batman to improve at the time as he did so with his other batman appearances, and this isn't Affleck's first role in comic films as he portrayed Mathew Murdock aka Daredevil in (2003) this role was an ultimate failure as well as the film.

A big issue with this film is the comics that get references to inspire this film with the events taken place are so scrambled and I think this is the reason fans especially gave poor treatment to it, events like Jason Todd's death, fact is Jason Todd was robin till his death in 1988 Superman and Batman's first clash was 1958 which was 30 years apart in publication, So why is Jason dead before the cinematic clash?, I get I'm talking publication year difference though it's strange that Snyder put this event out of order, If you've watched this film it feels that Jason Todd was loved by Bruce and this event seems to have broken him making him lash out his anger causing the brutality Batman gives to criminals of Gotham.

Yet there's another mistake in this film when it comes to robin reference's fan's could realize that there seems to be batman and robins suit in the bat cave so where is Nightwing's and Batgirls? Well answer to Nightwing's suit is easy to spot if your those fans or people that love finding Easter eggs in film watch the opening sequence where the Wayne's funeral is happening, There you'll spot stones in the background with names in them, one of these names belong to the first real robin Richard Grayson (Nightwing) this is a definite worse decision of the film. Batgirl doesn't seem to make an appearance as James Gordon Captain of the GCPD isn't in this film as she is his daughter, Even if these Character's were to exist Batman wouldn't make Batgirl as a sidekick as Barbara Gordon was inspired by Batman and due to how brutal Batman is I feel she wouldn't become Batgirl.

A big annoyance to me as far as villain's go, Lex Luthor was given poor treatment that I sadly have to admit Joker's treatment in Suicide Squad was way too good. Jesse Eisenburg wasn't the greatest choice in portraying Lex Luthor, as writer Chris Terrio made this Luthor with psychological realism as Luthor seems to pretend being insane.

Now here's a big major character disappointment, Lois lane goes to Nairomi, Africa in help of a spec ops mission and a CIA agent to get an interview with a terrorist leader and we meet this agent character with her, This person ends up getting killed in front of Lane so who is this character? Well he is none other than James Olsen photographer for the daily Planet and Lois lane in the comics, Why is this a disappointment? Well fans who were hoping the Snyder Verse would expand its world characters were hoping to see Olsen make an appearance or get a role in this universe, Ends up he's killed off early and was not the James Olsen fans remember as I said Olsen is a CIA agent.

Another problem with this story is the amount of events that take place specifically when we see The Flash warning bruce that he needs to find the others (members of the Justice League) and to also find Lois Lane as he describes that she is "The Key" yet this warning comes back as Justice League: The Snyder Cut shows us the love Superman has for Lane.

Here's a minor annoyance to me as far as villains go. We get three villains in this film KG-Beast aka Anatoli Knyazev, Lex Luthor and Doomsday, here's something that makes no sense as far as Doomsdays role in all of this and his origins. In the comics Doomsday is a being that lived long before the Kryptonian's lived on kryptons prehistoric times, However before Kryton's fatal destruction Doomsday was a killer of numbers in civilian casualties, There are many origins to Doomsdays origin best to read them by research, However in this film Doomsday is created by the deceased body of General Zod with Lex Luthor's access by the government, Luthor creates Doomsday as a way of killing Superman.

I'm gonna tell you my honest big disappointment as far as the ending to these heroes clash goes. As Batman and Superman's battle ends it comes down to the worst dialogue in film, As superman tells Batman that he needs to save Martha Kent his mother this triggers anger and memory of Batman's parents the Wayne's dying making him question how Superman knows the name "Martha" this ends with batman letting go and ending the fight to save Martha Kent.

I'm not gonna say this movie is a waste of time watching it still is an absolute entertaining film to watch.
