The Suicide Squad (2021) Review.

Image
James Gunn's The Suicide Squad was a blast to watch. I call it justice from what David Ayer gave us, I watched The Suicide Squad then yesterday I watched Ayer's Suicide Squad. Both of them have good stories, plots and character's.   A new team of Task Force X is recruited with new member's. Amanda Waller sends this team to the island of Corto Maltese for another suicide mission, the team's objective is to destroy a project called Starfish and save the world.   This movie had a way better story then Ayer's. Ayer's Suicide Squad is simply a team of villain's, not heroes, that come together to face off a bigger villain than them combined. Gunn's version gives us more character background, the character's that are more important and a story that, to me, has more layer's of what mainly a suicide squad film treatment should have.   For this film your given the same energy and excitement. When you watch a new superhero film you start watching it&#

Joker (2019) Review [Spoiler's Version] Explaining Joker.

Image
JOKER(2019)   Joker is not a movie with the same origin story fans of the Batman comics know and love as the director (Todd Phillips) made as a Heath Ledger type origin and story. as Ledgers joker gave "wanna know how I got these scars". This story tells of the poor and sad life of Arthur Fleck/Joker who suffers depression and PBA a laughing condition which he can't help. Joker is not just a movie based on a famous and iconic comic supervillain but for me I was shown how hard it is living with a mental illness. The movie is a confusing film as some events by Arthurs storytelling you cant tell what's reality and what's not.    What I love about this film is that it's a way darker, more mature take on this iconic character than comics give him back then and how child friendly takes make this character. Like I said earlier this is not at all related to comic counterparts, Joker tells of a more realistic story to The Joker as

The Suicide Squad (2021) Everything you need to know!!!

The Suicide Squad (2021) : Everything you need to know!!!   A group of villains are taken from prison to to join a special ops unit made by Amanda Waller. Head of an agency called Task Force X, Waller takes villains serving life sentences and prison time to work as a special unit for deadly missions called Suicide Squad.    The Suicide Squad is directed by Director James Gunn. This is Gunn's first ever DC film as Gunn was known for directing Marvel's Guardians of The Galaxy, Gunn's take on Suicide Squad is not a sequel nor a reboot but a completely different Take. Though people tend to notice some returning actors to their roles made in David Ayer's Suicide Squad this is still not a sequel.    So what is this film about?    A group of deadly villains are taken from maximum security prisons by Amanda Waller turned to a special missions unit The Suicide Squad made of Bloodsport, Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, King Shark and other dangerous villains are sent to an island in C

Batman: The Long Halloween (2021) Review

It's gonna be a long Halloween. Written and released between 1996 & 1997 Batman The Long Halloween became a legendary story in DC's Batman comics, this graphic novel would win among other novels New York's Times Best Selling Title.   It's Halloween night and Jonny Viti, a man willing to testify against head of "The Roman" crime family Carmine Falcone has been murdered. Batman must figure out the identity of the unknown killer the news is calling "Holiday" before the holidays are ruined on this killer's Spree of murders.   I first got this film's comic a week before the trailer hit online so I waited for this film's release. I preordered my own steel-book copy Wednesday a week before it's release, I'm glad to have it sit on my shelf.   First this movie was a great film, reasons are!   Jensen Ackles honestly took me in shock with his voice performance as Batman. I honestly have to say I'd love to see a live action TV se

Annabelle Creation (2017)

Image
This movie was a very interesting story to Annabelle's origin and deeper look into the doll's connection to The Conjuring universe. I love that this film gave us at least a story to this doll since it's origins and backstory are unknown.   The only known thing about this doll and the presence residing in it as the Warrens state that a woman got the doll from a friend and the doll ended up writing things on the wall and leaving notes to the woman whenever she left her sight from the doll. later the woman learned and was tricked that the doll had the soul of a little girl, she soon learned from the warrens as they  told her that there was no little girl but a demon residing in the doll.   The films story tells that a man named Sam Mullins was a dollmaker and had suffered a tragic loss of his daughter. Sam and his wife end up seeing "the soul of their daughter" who ask that they let her transfer her soul into the doll so "she can be with them forever".
